Oud by Sham par hum apne customers ko premium quality oud fragrances dene par fakhar mehsoos karte hain. Aap ki satisfaction hamari pehli priority hai, aur hum koshish karte hain ke har order aap ki expectations par pura utre.

Returns

Fragrance products ki nature ko mad-e-nazar rakhte huay, returns sirf in conditions par accept kiye jate hain:

  • Product unused aur unopened ho

  • Original packaging me ho

  • Return request delivery ke 3 din ke andar ki jaye

  • Order ka proof (receipt ya confirmation) zaroori hai

Jo products open ya use ho chuke hon, wo hygiene aur quality reasons ki wajah se return nahi honge.

Refunds

Jab aap ka return receive aur inspect ho jata hai, hum aap ko inform karte hain ke refund approve hua hai ya nahi.

  • Approved refund 5–7 working days me process ho jata hai

  • Refund same payment method ya bank transfer ke zariye diya jata hai (COD orders ke liye)

Exchange sirf in cases me kiya jata hai:

  • Product delivery ke dauran damage ho gaya ho

  • Ya galat item receive hua ho

  • Misuse ki wajah se damage hua product
